Creating a link to a folder using HYPERLINK?

Hey guys, I know you can easily make hyperlinks but I am curious if that link can be made dynamically?

Part of my job is to add to a database everyday and I have to modify a hyperlink.

My question is can I make that link to a folder dynamically using the box that says the part name? it would match the folder name perfectly and I could skip a step everyday.
