Count if by month and year, by entity

Question

Hello:&nbsp; I am attempting to use count if the month and year are correct, and matching entity.&nbsp; For example, on the attached, tab Headcount Analysis, cell Q8.&nbsp; I would like to return the count of 2, representing 2 new hires in July for Entity Pluto.&nbsp;&nbsp;Please can you help me out with formula combining ifs scenarios?&nbsp;
