Could you tell me how to change this symbols to numbers?

From the picture you can see that it is Wingdings fonts.
Wingdings is a series of dingbat fonts that render letters as a variety of symbols.
If you have a cell in Excel that contains a Wingdings symbol and you change the font of that cell to another font, the symbol will be replaced by the character that corresponds to the same character code in the new font.
For example, if you have a cell that contains the Wingdings symbol for a smiley face and you change the font of that cell to Arial, the smiley face symbol will be replaced by the letter “J” because the character code for the Wingdings smiley face symbol is the same as the character code for the letter “J” in Arial.
