Copy is always copying as bitmap

Hi there,

Whenever I select any content in Excel, and copy it to clipboard (Either by control+c, right click copy, or copy from Home ribbon), the content is always copied as a bitmap image. This means I cannot copy values around a single file, or copy raw text from cells into other applications.

I have made sure I am not selecting "copy as picture" in the ribbon menu, but all content is always copied as a bitmap.

This happens in any workbook, in any excel file type, and in newly created files.

Excel version: 2002 (Build 12527.20880 Click-to-run)

I hope someone has already seen this problem before.
