Converting Tasks list to Calendar Format with Start and End date

Hello there,

I am a novice in excel (by novice I meant I do not know array functions and has limited knowledge to pivot table) and would like to seek help from this community for an issue I am facing.

Currently I have a maintenance planner for a list of equipments/systems and they come with start/end dates, the criticality level of work, maintenance frequency and ticket links.

I have been asked to convert these information to calendar format.

I have seen a few templates out there with the new Filter & textjoin function, but unfortunately I am unable to use them with Excel 2019.

I have attached the data (Jan 2023) I have and also on the tab (Need) showing the outcome needed to achieve in the link below.
