Conditional formatting rules dropped when sending email

Hi all,

I'm currently having an issue where I am losing certain conditional formatting rules in certain cells when I try to send a sheet by email (outlook). The formatting is directly copy & pasted from another sheet which has the same desired formatting rules + is the same dimensions etc, once pasted the rules are intact, but as soon as I email we run into issues.

Any idea why this might be?
