Conditional Formatting Rule

I need help. I am working on my debt snowball and wanted to add a planned vs paid in each column. In the last column, I want an overview of the entire month. In each set of 2 columns, i want the following: 

- Blue Highlighting when paid is equal to planned

- Green Highlighting when paid is more than planned

- Red Highlighting when paid is less than planned. 




I cannot crack this.

This should work. Given the way you've laid out your spreadsheet, you'll need to make some obvious modifications to have it apply in each case, but it's fairly straightforward.



Not sure what you're doing with the overview, unless it's a sum of all paid vs sum of all planned. In any event, the same kind of logic in the Conditional Format dialog here
