I am in the process of creating a draft board for my upcoming fantasy football draft and need some conditional formatting help. The link to my sheet is below.

I am looking to color code players based on their position. So for example, If a player is a "RB" I would like the cells to be orange. So with Team 1 in Round 1 selecting a RB, I would like cells B2, B3 and C3 to all turn orange automatically because cell C3 is "RB."
I know how to do conditional formatting to fill the cell where "RB" is, however, I do not how to conditionally format cells based off what reads in another cell.
