Conditional Formatting if notblank & blank same formula

Good morning,

Trying to create a conditional formatting rule, that if:

Cell B6 is NOTBLANK but Cell L6:N6 is BLANK if should highlight the cells.

I've tried different forumlas, but unable to use & as its a conditional formula rule.

Any idea's, or something I'm missing?
