Conditional Formatting Formula

I want to use conditional formatting to format a cell based on another cells contents, with conditions itself. Basically, condition cell A4 on Sheet 2 if "Sheet1!$H:$H" cell has a number higher than .01 based on if "Sheet1!$D:$D" has "jjones". Can anyone help me?

Select H2:H100 or however far down you want. H2 should be the active cell in the selection.

On the Home tab of the ribbon, click Conditional Formatting > New Rule...
Select 'Use a formula to determine which cells to format'.
    Enter the formula

    =AND(D2="jjones", H2>0.01)

    Click Format...
    Specify the desired formatting.
Click OK, then click OK again.
