compatibility
I have through the company's IT support tried to upgrade excel from 32 bit to 64 bit. (excel 2016) in my workbook I have uploaded data with power query to data models. the problem that arises is that excell indicates the error message that there is a compatibility issue.
have you encountered the same problem? do you have any solutions?

If you mean alert which appears when Power Query first time opened, it only informs that the query was created in newer version of Power Query and you may have compatibility issues. Just take into account and ignore, that is only for your information.
If you mean something else perhaps you may give more details when and which message appears, desirably with screenshot.
