Comparing Columns

I have a spreadsheet to document how many new client calls my practice receive a day. The colums are date, day, last name, first name, age, phone number, email, referral, called for, assigned to, 1st appointment, notes, and call taken by. 

 

I would like to set up the sheet to automatically compare the date column and 1st appointment column. In order to compare the number of appointments scheduled in reference to who has called. 

 

I also want to set up a way to determine appointments scheduled in relation to assigned to. 

 

Is there a way to set the sheet up to process this information as I add info?

    I'm quite sure the answer to that question is a resounding "Yes"!

     

    There may even be some experts here who could create the spreadsheet for you, with that functionality built in. I'm not one of them.

     

    For me to help (and I suspect, actually, for most of the folks who volunteer to answer questions like yours) you could help us help you by not asking us to create that spreadsheet from scratch and build in the functionality that you want. You could help by actively posting a mockup (using false names, but enough to be representative) of the spreadsheet you've already created. Put it on OneDrive or GoogleDrive and then paste a link here that grants access to it.
