Comparing 2 data sets for turnover analysis

I'm trying to figure out what statistical analysis tool I can use in excel to determine where turnover is occurring the most in my organization. I have 2 sets of populations with similar data attributes, such as geography, job function, and organizational hierarchy. The first population is simply the total headcount and the other is just the employees who have recently been terminated. I am trying to find out which locations, jobs, and departments have the lowest and highest rates of turnover (i.e., Software Engineers from India).
