Combing tabs into 1 tab

I have a worksheet with tabs - Jan through Dec.  I would like to take those 12 tabs, insert them into a 2023 tab & when I open the 2023 tab it opens those 12 tabs.  Is this possible?

No, Excel does not support multi-level tabs.
