Column cell have comma(,). Convert Excel to CSV

Question

I have Excel sheets with thousands of rows with name, address having comma (,) and values

After converting to csv, the address column is taken as 2 or 3 different columns , as it has comma in that cell.

Is there any options to take the address cell as single column with comma, while reading from CSV?

If open such csv file in Excel it shows data correctly
