Collapse rows while sheet is protected

Hi.

I have protected multiple sheets in multiple workbooks from preventing the users to delete and ad rows, as this lead to wrong formulas in a master workbook. In all of the sheets there are some rows that are grouped, so that you can see both the top and bottom of all of the active rows. Is it possible to set it up that the user will be able to collapse and uncollapse the grouped rows (pressing + and - to the left of the row number), and still not be able to insert or delete rows?
