Changing the order of the categories for each data set in a stacked bar chart

I am trying to change the order of the categories across each session date. For example: session 16 P1 named 3 dishes, then 3 appliances, then 3 utensils; session 17 P1 names 4 appliances, then 3 dishes, then 3 utensils.

I need to indicate the order that the categories were presented and not just the number of items across categories. When I changed the order of the categories it changes the order across every data set and not just one session.

Is this possible?

You need to add the sessions or dates as another column in the data table. And then get rid of the blank rows. Or the other way around. But both of those steps are needed to make this a coherent and well-designed table of data which can then be graphed in a variety of ways.
