Changing cell colors

I have two sheets in the same workbook, I want to change the cell color of all cells in the second sheet that contain value from the first sheet.

Eg

sheet A values             Sheet B values

Door                              chair

car                                  car

man                                man

woman

so cells in B that contain data from A will be painted blue

COUNTIFS returns 0 (FALSE) if the cell value is not found in listA.  The rule is fired if the cell content is present in listA.
