change from one excel worksheet to another by double clicking in cell

I have an excel worksheet which I update data in every week. My employees have an identical excel worksheet which copies the data from my worksheet for their information. Their worksheet is protected so they cannot change the data or the structure, but if they double click in a cell they will be sent to my worksheet where they can change the parent document. Can I fix this?

    Hi tchildte1,

    As far as I know, you need to check "Allow editing directly in cells". This will have to be done in your employees system.

    Excel Options>Advanced>Editing options...
