chage values when a document in excel is sent by email

some body send me an excel sheet with formulas and i have many mails like that, but when  i open this sheet, appears a message which says the document can make some in my computer because it is attached from a email, and when i click to continue in a formula changes the value, it is suppuose is zero and when open the file from de email it is zero, but when i click continue it changes, when i make the same with other excel documents i other mails it does not happen, in this case which can be the difference with the sheet that changes the value??

    It sounds like the file contains links or references that are not available from your location/computer that are avilable to the sender.

    The sender likely needs to package all references in the WorkBook or convert all formulas to values before sending it to you.
