certified payroll report in QB

Hi.
I'm having an issue with a certified payroll in QB software, and Excel 2021. When asking for the certified payroll Excel won't work. Why?

It gives me the Invalid use of null.

Any advice?

QB is quick.books?
if so,new version QB do have this kind of problem.

Sorry If I did not understand what is your problem exactly。
What I mean the quickbooks may exist some behavior like description in the below link.
