Breaking a line graph based on subcategory

 

I have created a pivot combo chart consisting of column/line graphs from a pivot table.

The pivot table has subcategories as seen in the graph below e.g. Team 1, Team 2, Team 3 etc..

 

I'm trying to make a break in the line graph between the subcategories, so for example I don't want the line graph to continue from Team 1 Oct to Team 2 Aug. This means there will be 7 separate line graphs for each of the teams.

 

Does anyone assist me on this issue?
