Bar Charts Not Showing

Help!! I've been working on this for four hours and I'm pulling my hair out... (I'm working on Office 2010)

I've got a spreadsheet that has three sheets:

Sheet 1 - Bar Graph

Sheet 2 - Found Data

Sheet 3 - Data Input

The theory is that staff paste a table into sheet 3, sheet 2 then uses VLOOKUP to find times for certain statuses from that table so we can then create a chart (bar graph/line) to easily show the data in sheet 1...

Sheet 2 works fine and finds the data... HOWEVER we can easily create a graph that shows the correct axis', but no bars are shown, no data is shown no matter what we do, no matter what the cell format is set as!!!! But if we manually enter the numbers into the cells, it shows!!

The issue is that we only want the staff to need to paste the one table in and the graph creates itself

Please help.....
