Automatically send data from a MS Forms table to another table with conditions.
Hey friends! I hope everyone is feeling well.
I have a MS Forms connected to an Excel Online file that is receiving constantly responses.
It is about opinions of different topics, if the user selects the "Yes" option in the Forms, it is required to write their opinion about it, if the users selects "No" it sends him to the next question.
I have to create a new table like the one shown below, in which it is pasted only the questions with a "Yes" as a response and then on its side paste also the answer described by the user, and also make some sort of VLOOKUP to get the Name, Nacionality and other columns data.
Honestly I don't know how to do it and which way would be the simplest one to get all the data to the new table in real time, i was thinking some kind of Script or Power Automate Flow that activates when a new response is added but I have zero experience with them.
PD: I have used Macros and Power Query before with similar projects but working with local Excel files, with these I can't work with Power Query or macros.
This is the table:
| 5 | 1/21/23 14:18:53 | 1/21/23 14:19:58 | anonymus | New York | 21 | Yes | Because it is a good start of education for childs. | No | No | No | Yes | Because of its medical advantages. | Yes | Because animals have not been created for those reasons. | No | No | No | Alexis | American | |||||||
| 6 | 1/21/23 14:20:10 | 1/21/23 14:21:11 | anonymus | Monterrey | 21 | No | No | Yes | It is decision of anyone to choose how and when to end his life. | No | No | No | Yes | It is not a healthy activity for humans and also can affect the ecosystem cycle. | No | No | Fany | Mexican |
This is the link of the Forms.

Please anything you need. I will be very attentive to your answers.

Hello AlexisUANL,
Since you have multiple question that can be answered with yes, and each respondents are indexed by number. I've made a sample table that has more compact view for all of those questions.
