Automate chart

Hello there,

I'm trying to automate a chart, but without success so far.

As you can see from the attachment:

 - Columns C & D = comparison between different interest rates
 - Column A = reference month
 - Column B = Currency

I would like to create a chart (Clustered column) to compare the 2 interest rates for every currency, for specific dates. Therefore, I want to insert a slicer and a timeline, that would allow me respectively to select a currency and select the month for which I want to see the comparison.

How can I implement that? Can somebody help me please?
