Auto Hide Row based on Drop Down Selection

I'm trying to find a way to have a perpetually running filter that will auto hide the row anytime I select "Yes" from the Dropdown in column H. I want it to only hide that row in which "Yes" is selected.  I have yes selected in Column H and it highlights the whole row green

I can manually run a Filter from Data>Filter and then on that Column select the filter and uncheck the word "Yes" which will hide the rows.

I can apply a filter to remove all the Yes'sThe problem is that, this is a ever growing list and each time I enter new information and select "Yes" it does not auto hide and I have to rerun the filter. I'm hoping there is a way to run something to have this happen every time I select "Yes" without having to rerun the action after new data is entered.

When I select Yes again on a new Row afte applying filter it doesn't filter it out and I have reapply the filter on any new data added.

If it helps the Rows that this would apply to, are 6-50 and as stated before the value "Yes" will be selected from the dropdown in Column H.
