Attendance Sheet with Scroll Bar

Hello, 

I am trying to create an attendance sheet for a colleague who wants to use a scroll bar. She says this will condense her current sheet. I have added a scroll bar with the developer tab and created a list of dates for the user to scroll through. What I am wanting to do next is allow her to type a simple "yes" or "no" for the attendance date. This row needs to be scrollable as well. This is where I am stuck. I have looked online for some solutions, and have come to the conclusion what I am trying to help her accomplish may not be possible; however, I wanted to post here in case anyone had an idea on how to help. I am also open to other solutions.
