Anyone know How to Multi tier payment formula for excel?
How do you create a excel formula for this multi tier payment system based on the amount of donations acquired?
By knowing how it works.
Which is my way of hinting that you seem to expect us to know how to interpret from those images how the payment system works. It's clear that there are different rates based on Donation Package rows and the various modes, from Apprentice to Record Setter. But there's no apparent reference to them in the many colored second image (excessively so by the way; save that kind of stuff until you have a working spreadsheet, and even then, don't go overboard).
I suspect the formula is quite easy, but it would help if you explained in words how the system works. Where you would be making reference to that array of rates in the other section, and so forth.
And since you clearly have a spreadsheet, why don't you also do us the favor of posting a copy of the actual workbook rather than just an image. You can post that workbook on OneDrive or GoogleDrive with a link here that grants access.
