Anybody else having new (9/30/2018) problems with Analysis Toolpak in Excel 2013?

Shortly after the latest Windows 10 update (week of 9/24/18), the Histogram function of Analysis Tookpak in my version of Excel (2013 Home/Student) became corrupted on my PC. This problem happened after an unexplained auto (forced) shutdown and auto reboot in file recovery mode while I was working on the spreadsheet. Most of the histogram output data after the corruption event is correct except the frequency for the mean bin value displays an incorrect number that is approximately the sum of all numbers in the frequency column. The error is consistent from one analysis to another.

I have not yet checked other features such as multiple linear regression.
