annoying vba editor window behavior

look at the screenshot. the vba editor is open behind the excel window. if i select a cell and then drag the mouse cursor to the right over the open vba module and then up over the vba toolbar area (follow the arrow, don't click anything, jsut move the mouse pointer). the vba window will come to the front. same thing if you drag over the toolbar first, and then down over the open module, the vba editor will come to the front. it's really annoying.
