Analysis toolpak

Hi Guys, hoping someone can help. We have an issue with enabling the analysis toolpak addin.

Get an error 'Cannot run the macro 'GetATPUICultureTag'. the Macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.

We've played around with the Macro settings but have not had any luck.

O365 Excel V 1908

Anyone else come across this before?

    I am having this issue as well, I cannot access the analysis toolpak or solver. The frequent error I’m getting reads “cannot run macro ‘getatpuiculturetag.’ The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled.” I can use excel but only if none of the add-ins are selected, when I try to use the analysis toolpak or solver, excel malfunctions and closes down...
