I am using office 365 and I have been trying to get the pack, but everywhere I look I can not download it. Everywhere it says to go like the options menu it will just go to this. I am in desperate need for help.

Your screenshot shows that you are using Excel Online (in the browser).

The Analysis ToolPak is only available in the desktop versions of Excel (for Windows and MacOS), not in Excel Online or Excel for Android or iOS.

Yes, Analysis ToolPak isavailable in Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), but only if you run the desktop version of Excel, not the browser version shown in your screenshot.
