Alt+Enter in Excel closes remote session when used

Hello,

I am using a Dell laptop with WIndows 10 installed connecting to my work via citrix and while in my work environment I am accessing an excel microsoft office 365 spreadsheet and when ALT+enter is used to insert a cell line break it kicks me out of my remote session back to my laptop desktop. Any suggestions on a fix is greatly appreciated. I have read several blogs and tried several things and to no avail nothing is working to resolve this issue for me.
