Allowing users outside the Domain to edit excel file
Hello,
I am having an issue where someone wants to share a file to a vendor outside of our domain but he wants to limit the vendor to be able to edit only a certain range. Problem is, In the "Allow Users to Edit Ranges" tab it is only giving the option for people inside the domain. Is there a way around this? The file is currently stored on sharepoint online if that matters.
Thank you in advance.

Presumably you are sending the vendor a copy of your file so unlock the cells you want them to be able to edit and protect the sheet(s) with a password. Note that Excel password protection is fairly easy to crack/break and is therefore no protection at all against a determined user.
