After latest update Excel 2010 + PowerPivot cannot import text files

After latest Office 2010 updates I cannot use PowerPivot in Excel 2010 to read text files. All my existing working apps now stopped working.

To test: Start Excel 2010, Start PowerPivot and try to connect to existing .csv file.

Error message:

An error occurred while loading the file.　

More Details:Failed to connect to the server. Reason: No error message available, result code: E_UNEXPECTED(0x8000FFFF).

 

I am trying to rollback update, but there are just too many security updates on that day.

Any recommendations how can I recover from this issue?
