I do not track repowered loads; but, as long as there is a status in column M, the load number will populate to the left in D4:J34.

You've changed the vlookup formula into xlookup formula and used named ranges however:
The error I was trying to point out before was the vlookup formula
If you notice the vlookup formula is for row 5 but using A6 for the lookup value.
