100% stacked column with count on y axis, percentages as data labels

I created the following 100% stacked column chart from a pivot table. I like this chart because it shows  the percentage, and then I can add data labels for the count. So in one chart you are seeing percent and count. However, I'd really like them reversed, so that the data labels are percentages, and the y axis the count. Is there a way to do this?
