Proactive Post Event Feedback with Azure Cognitive Services and Power Platform
At the end of every event or project, one of the key things you would want to receive is feedback. How was the event? Is there any part of the event that needs to be changed? If the feedback is given during the event, it is easy to respond and act on the feedback. However, most feedback is received after the event has happened. How do you gauge the different sentiments from the feedback and automate feedback response? In this session, we will create an end-to-end solution using Power Platform and Azure Cognitive Services to detect sentiments and respond to feedback proactively.
