@Rohit Yadav Thank you for reporting that. I'm not seeing a screenshot; can you please try reattaching it? To confirm, do you have the hardware accelerator turned on or off? And if you haven't yet, can you please send diagnostics for this through the browser?

@Rohit Yadav Thanks, Rohit! And to confirm, do you have the hardware accelerator toggled on or off? (You can check that here: edge://settings/system)

Yes, Hardware Acceleration is turned on.

@Rohit Yadav If you haven't yet, please try turning it off, then restarting the browser, then let us know if that changes anything!

@Deleted I just followed the steps as you said to. I can watch the title when Hardware acceleration is turned off, but not when it is enabled.

Hey Netflix! Running into some trouble with playback error D7353-5101. I've checked and all my media flags are set to defaults, so it doesn't seem to be a configuration issue on my end.

Just to give you some extra info, I'm using the Canary Build version 87.0.626.0 of whatever browser I'm on (not mentioned but Netflix support might ask). I've also attached a screenshot of the error for reference.

Any ideas on what might be causing this and how to fix it or we have to use https://dlloklok.com/ ? Thanks!
