My canary version 115.0.1834.0 crashes when opened, everytime.
I have windows 10.
When i rename the User Data folder to something else, the edge runs perfectly but without my user data :loudly_crying_face:.
There is some problem in
Edge SxS>User Data > Default
That Default folder has some problems.
How am i supposed to fix this?

Reverted back to standard edge in hopes it'll get resolved someday

Here's a quicky recording of how long it stays running along with seeing some of the report IDs in case anyone at MS actually looks at these things. I kept trying to go to About to see the version number but couldn't get it to stay open that long.

Same issue with 115.0.1836.0 on Windows 11 25357.1 . I updated to the latest version of Windows and after restart Edge Can opened automatically, showed me the banner to restore the accidentally closed tabs or open startup page. I wasn't able to click anywhere in the browser properly and within 7-8 seconds it crashed automatically. I tried using repair option, downloading it again and overriding it over the already installed version but there were no updates. I also tried to change the startup parameter value to 0/1 in preferences section (weirdly it was set to 4 lol unlike normal Edge version which was 1). Still all in vain, changed it back to 4 but nothing changed.
Hopefully an update fixes this soon, dont wanna lose my data (im dumb..coz sync is on but for normal edge not canary)
