Azure Government CSP - Partner Center broken, can anyone else create orders?
The last order we completed for an Azure Government CSP subscription (Offer ID MS-AZR-USGOV-0145P) was on 2023-12-15. We have another order that needs to be completed before morning, but it appears that Partner Center is currently broken - at least for processing orders for new Azure Government CSP.
In Partner Center - from Customers > Customer List > (Customer Name) > Subscriptions > Add new, as soon as I update the "Segment: Commercial" to "Segment: Government", Partner Center pops up "Partner Center is having a problem.", and the next screen never loads. I'm also seeing a 403 Forbidden response to https://api.partnercenter.microsoft.com/v1/customers/.../products?targetSegment=Government&targetView=OnlineServices within the web browser development tools - so something certainly seems amiss on the Microsoft side - along with the rest of Partner Center being even slower than its usual crawling speed.
I've opened ticket # 2312290040000178 with Microsoft Support - but am dreading getting pulled into the typical process of "20 questions" drawn out over days if not weeks. I want to get this to a "prove that it works" instead of "trying to prove that it is broken"...
Is there anyone else with a Partner Center in Azure Government that can attempt to place a new Azure Government CSP subscription successfully? An order does not even need to be placed for testing - just getting an item in the cart, or even just getting to the next screen without error would be a success. Or if someone else can attempt this and runs into the same issues, we'd obviously like to know that as well.
