Are you asking about net customer adds? If so, this is defined as the number of eligible customers added to your customer base during the trailing 12-month period.

the question here is, does a subscription have to have a value greater than $250 at the time of the initial order to be counted as a Net Customer Add or not? I would understand it in such a way that a customer is only counted from a subscription value greater than $250, regardless of whether the subscription initially had a lower value. What is the correct way?
