I NEED HUMAN HELP -- I am having issues with my Microsoft business email, I can't access Word

888 319 8920 I am having issues with my Microsoft business email, I can't access Word. I've tried calling multiple numbers and haven't been able to reach a human and the automated machine is no help. If someone would please give me a good number to call or an email address, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    What Microsoft 365 license do you have?

    If you have the basic, you are not able to use the desktop app.

     

    Small and Medium Business Plans (Up to 300 Users)

    Microsoft 365 Apps for business: Provides desktop productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with 1 TB of OneDrive storage per user, but lacks business email hosting. 

    Microsoft 365 Business Basic: Offers web and mobile versions of apps along with Exchange business email, Teams, and SharePoint (no desktop app installs). 

    Microsoft 365 Business Standard: Combines desktop app installs with full services like Exchange email, Teams, SharePoint, and 1 TB of cloud storage.

    Microsoft 365 Business Premium: Adds advanced security and device management tools via Microsoft Defender for Business and Intune to the standard suite.
