can't open Excel
when I open Excel file, it always show"the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file.

If the Excel workbook is not corrupted, all that is required is to execute F12 and select Excel Workbook from the Save as type dropdown Is that for any file or for some specific ones? Such message could appear if to open generated by other apps Excel files. If so, in most cases it's enough to ignore such message.
