More summary columns in a pivot table?

I have a pivot table with the summary of the columns:

The problem is, that he calculate all columns (effort and cost, lan and actual) in one value.

I need this in separate columns, separete in plan, actual, separate in effort and cost. Here I have a faked pivot-table:

How can I do this?

I have attached the original excel file.
