Macro to hide groups of lines - Excel

Hi, I'm sorry if I don't use the right words, I usually speak French.

I have created many groups of lines in which we can hide or show the lines. I'd like to create a macro that hides all the groups so we don't have to select all the cells and hit the ''hide'' button or to hide every group, one by one.

I  recorded a macro where I did selected all the cells and then pressed the ''hide'' button and one where I hid all the groups one by one but neither works. 

What can I do to make it work? I don't want the users to hide the groups one by one...
