Hi Matteo, thanks for your interest! We are not yet releasing date-specific information for Windows Server 2025. We are targeting late this year, and there will be more news in coming months.- Matt_MtxCopper ContributorOk, thanks!

We have Windows Server LTSC releases every 2 - 3 years, you should expect it to be GA second half of this year. The HLK will be available very soon with RTM, sounds like you are an OEM / IHV, chat with your MS rep and they can give you crisp timelines under NDA.
- Jay MichaudIron ContributorWill Hotpatching eventually come to Windows client?
- Elden_Christensen
Microsoft
We are the Windows Server team, we can't speak for client.
- Juncture8648Brass Contributorwill these hotpatches be delivered via wsus?

To learn more about Hotpatching, tune in to tomorrow's session: Hotpatching: Improving server security and productivity.

We are working on having it published to the Catalog so they can be consumed by WSUS. There is also a dedicated session on Hotpatching tomorrow.
- exchange12rocksIron ContributorWhy do we need Arc for hotpatching?? I need to run it on systems completely disconnected from the Internet.
- NedPyleBronze ContributorHi. Arc is used for licensing of the Hotpatch service. Machines will not need to be continuously connected to the Internet, but they will need to be at least once within 30 days.
- Jay MichaudIron ContributorThis should be included with Software Assurance. Large enterprises are already paying by the month. Where is the value if new features continue to be additional line items on an invoice?
