Hi. Arc is used for licensing of the Hotpatch service. Machines will not need to be continuously connected to the Internet, but they will need to be at least once within 30 days.

This should be included with Software Assurance. Large enterprises are already paying by the month. Where is the value if new features continue to be additional line items on an invoice?
