- Is there something that would keep our Windows 10 22H2 machines from being able to use the Microsoft Business Store on the private content? I know back in March 2023 the store was going to be replaced with Intune but then was delayed. We don't have it blocked with GPO but we get the Microsoft Store is blocked check with you IT or System Administrator.
- Is it possible that someone will get back to me on this in the future?

- It seems to me like new policies are often added right away to Group Policy, but not Intune. How come Intune feels like it's always playing catch-up? An example I can think of recently is the ability to enable optional updates in Windows. As far as I can tell, this is not possible from Intune Settings, but is possible via Group Policy. I'd love it if everything could be done from Intune, and if these policies were available in Intune when they're announced, just like they are for Group Policy settings.
- We have an issue acquiring digital licenses from O365 tenants. It happens on several workstations - for no apparent reason - that sometimes Windows loses the acquisition of the Win10 Enterprise license related to the E3/E5 license and Windows returns to the Pro version by taking the product key from the UEFI. We have made dozens of attempts to solve the problem, but without success. Sometimes a reboot is enough, sometimes you need to disconnect the O365 account and reconnect it. The problem has been appearing about 4 months ago without any change in our configurations. Do you have any suggestions to give us? What can we investigate? This is a big problem because most people work on the move and, when the version is upgraded to Pro, the Always On VPN no longer connects automatically A thousand thanks

- Hello! Our org is very curious about the features of Intune Suite. In particular, Advanced App Management and Cloud Certificate Management. I am unable to find any demos or more information about how they work. Is it possible to see them in action? Are there free trials available? Thanks!
I am an Windows 7 user and want to upgrade to windows 10. After installation of all updates for Windows 7, I started "MediaCreationTool" and get only the answer that an installation is not possible with no specific reason and the Error "Code 0x80072F8F-0x20000". - Hi everyone, I'm wondering if there is a perpetual per device upgrade license for Windows 11? I've seen online that the perpetual version is LTSC and that is set to release in 2024, and that only Windows E3 or E5 will work until then. Thanks
Hi, 1. On Intune there isn't a report for Quality Updates as WaaSUpdateInsights is deprecated. Only on Azure there is Windows Updates for Business report. However, it takes a while to get report back compliance. I had to use query "UCClientUpdateStatus" for certain KB. Wondering if there is a GUI report to check on specific KBs and status. Also where can we see the Holds with details for Windows Feature Upgrade? 2. Endpoint Security, is it true when encrypting an External Device, the recovery keys does NOT escrow to AAD (Co-managed Devices)? Have been testing but never seen the recovery keys escrowed. Had to use script with Task Schedule on EventID to save keys for External Devices.
David_GuyerWe are working on a report in Intune that will show the which Quality Updates all the devices in Intune are currently on. In the meantime, you can export the Devices view and group on OSVersion in Excel, not awesome, which is why we are building the new report!
- Hi there, I work for a high school in the french speeking part of Belgium. We are using Autopilot and Intune to manage computers in teaching rooms and it works great, but... it is not possible for us to use automatic keyboard configuration in the autopilot profile. Automatic keyboard configuration leads to a Fr-Fr configuration intead of Fr-BE. Microsoft support proposed to use a script to change input settings to Fr-BE, but that solution is not acceptable. It looks like it is a simple keyboard code mistake inside the locale settings for french-belgium It would be a incredible improvement of the service for us to have that fixed. Thanks a lot

- We would like to remove the "Encrypt" or "Encrypt-Only" function Outlook as we have an alternate way for our users to encrypt emails. How can we do this? We tried to set [Set-IRMConfiguration -SimplifiedClientAccessEnabled $false] as recommended here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/manage-office-365-message-encryption. However encrypt is still available.
