Windows Office Hours: September 28, 2023

We would like to remove the "Encrypt" or "Encrypt-Only" function Outlook as we have an alternate way for our users to encrypt emails. How can we do this? We tried to set [Set-IRMConfiguration -SimplifiedClientAccessEnabled $false] as recommended here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/purview/manage-office-365-message-encryption. However encrypt is still available.
